Our JEB IGU (Insulating Glass Units) are meticulously crafted utilizing three automated vertical insulating lines, boasting distinctive advantages such as:

  • On-line edge deletion to guarantee optimal sealant adhesion.
  • On-line argon gas filling, enhancing insulation properties.
  • Utilization of grey and black primary and secondary sealants, ensuring durability and longevity.
  • Integration of warm edge technology air spacers, optimizing energy efficiency.
  • Availability of standard clear and black air spacers to cater to diverse aesthetic preferences.

  • 3/16″ Annealed Glass: 60″ x 96″
  • 3/16″ Tempered Glass: 70″ x 120″
  • 1/4″ Annealed Glass: 65″ x 110″
  • 1/4″ Tempered Glass: 96″ x 157″
  • 1/4″ Laminated Annealed: 36″ x 60″
  • 3/8″ Laminated Annealed: 70″ x 120″
  • 9/16″ Heat-Treated Laminated: 84″ x 144″

For customized requirements beyond standard sizing, larger units are available upon request, catering to diverse project needs.
