All WIN-DUO units are dual seal, using a primary butyl sealant that provides an effective moisture vapor transmission barrier and a secondary two-part polysulfide sealant suitable for conventional glazing applications. For structural applications, a two-part secondary silicone sealant is used.

JEB's custom computer system and software link all facets of production, planning and order tracking.
Our own in-house box department insures the safe packaging of finished goods that are delivered on a company owned fleet of over twenty vehicles, half crane equipped, and all driven by full time JEB employees. The Mid-Atlantic distribution network is supported by depots in Capital Heights, Maryland and Hartford, Connecticut.

Modern production facilities In our 180,000 square foot plant, three automatic cutting lines and three horizontal tempering furnaces supply our three insulating lines. All three lines are state-of-the-art vertical automated lines for high production of rectangular and shaped commercial units.

Float Glass is available from JEB in a full range of colors and thicknesses in the largest sizes; annealed, heat-strengthened, tempered or laminated.
Desiccant is a 100% molecular sieve for maximum effective life.
Spacer of anodized aluminum is configured to provide optimum dessicant and sealant capacity. Spacers are available in both continuous bent and corner keyed processes, and carry a permanent certification label on the spacer.
Fully tested and certified Level A rated units are fully tested and certified under the IGCC Program in accordance with ASTM E774. JEB performs daily testing of WINDUO components and sample units in the plant.
Primary Butyl Sealant is used in double seal WINDUO units. It is the most effective moisture vapor transmission barrier known.
Secondary silicone sealant is a two-part Dow Corning or GE, suitable for structural glazing applications. IGCC 1052 CBA rated.
Secondary polysulfide sealant is a high performance, two part Morton/Thiokol or PRC, suitable for conventional glazing applications. IGCC 352 CBA rated.
